Task Wizard is designed to securely interact with both public and private data, specifically tailored for CoSec contexts. It delivers precise answers by querying private data related to:

  • Company Details ๐Ÿข : Jurisdiction, Registration Status, Incorporation Information, and more.

  • Entity Details ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ: Structural and Operational data.

  • Identities ๐Ÿชช: Individuals or Corporate Identity information.

  • Documents ๐Ÿ“: Metadata like Document Titles and Uploader.

Task Wizard covers three core areas of support:

1. Advisory ๐Ÿ”ง

  • Provides guidance for common queries, such as the steps to incorporate a company in Hong Kong.

2. Reporting ๐Ÿ“Š

  • Generates insights like the number of entities under management and other operational metrics.

3. Task Management โณ

  • Enables users to initiate corporate actions and submit requests for execution by Vistra teams.


How It Works

Task Wizard interprets user queries in natural language and transforms them into database commands without requiring technical knowledge like SQL. This makes data retrieval straightforward and accessible, minimising barriers to information. The Query Agent component supports users by:

  • Fetching relevant data.

  • Delivering responses based on User Permissions.

  • Delivering results in an easy-to-understand, conversational format.

This ensures that access to sensitive information is granted to users based on their respective authorisation levels. Task Wizard is designed for organisations seeking to manage their data efficiently while ensuring strict compliance and data privacy standards.


Enhanced User Experience

Task Wizard prioritises user accessibility with an intuitive interface that facilitates easy interaction. User feedback is encouraged through response ratings and suggestions, fostering continuous improvement to better meet user needs.

Guardrails protect user interactions by filtering inappropriate or irrelevant content, upholding a secure environment for focused interactions. In the event that a query can't be fulfilled, the AI provides clear explanations, maintaining reliability and user trust.


Real-Time Support and Responsiveness

Presently, Task Wizard delivers responses within 15-20 seconds, providing responsive support even amongst the complexities of intricate database queries. Currently in beta, future improvements will focus on reducing latency and enhancing prompt processing to achieve faster responsiveness.


Knowledge Base Integration

Task Wizard integrates with Vistraโ€™s knowledge base, leveraging access to internal brochures and resources on topics like entity management and global employment.

Users can query this knowledge base to gain direct insights on internal documentation and processes, enhancing self-service capabilities.


Document Handling

Task Wizard currently supports identifying and returning document metadata, such as Document Titles and Uploader information.

Future enhancements plan to include features allowing users to upload documents, automated document categorisation and enable document content processing and retrieval.


Simplifying Corporate Actions

While processes such as government filings still require Relationship Manager (RM) execution, Task Wizard automates initial steps by converting user inputs into pre-drafted emails that include all necessary details. These are addressed to the relevant departments, enabling an RM or Vistra team member to handle the corporate action seamlessly.

Users can now initiate automated corporate action requests for 8 corporate actions across the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Singapore jurisdictions:

  1. Appoint a director

  2. Resign a director

  3. Change director information

  4. Change company name

  5. Change company financial year end

  6. Change company registered address

  7. Request Certificate of Incumbency

  8. Transfer Shareholder
