Key Features and Capabilities

Sidebar

  • The refreshed Sidebar gives users quick access to core platform areas, including Legal Entities, Individuals, Documents, Entity Map, Calendar, Service Tracker, Filings, Business Accounts, and Partner Perks.

  • The sidebar can be collapsed to maximise workspace when not in use.

Launchpad

  • The Launchpad is a prominent section at the top of the dashboard that consolidates three capabilities: the Geni AI search bar, Quick Actions, and links to Other Vistra Services.

  • Users can interact with Geni using natural language to search for entities, individuals, or documents, and ask platform questions directly.

  • Quick Actions provide one-click shortcuts for the most common tasks: Add Legal Entity, Add Individual, Add Compliance Event, Add Service Request, and Upload Documents.

  • Other Vistra Services links extend the portal to related offerings, including ECCTA Verification, Incorporate with Vistra, and Global Payroll Management System.

Compliance status RAG

  • The Compliance Status RAG provides an immediate view of portfolio health using a four-node summary: Non-Compliant, Requires Attention, Compliant, and Active.

  • Each status node is clickable, allowing users to drill into the underlying compliance events for that category.

  • Results are scoped to the user’s organisation and role, ensuring each user sees only the entities and compliance data they are authorised to view.

  • Particularly useful for teams managing multiple entities across different jurisdictions, the RAG view turns a large portfolio into a simple status snapshot.

My actions

  • My Actions is a task-focused panel that displays what requires attention, grouped into Overdue, Due in the Next 30 Days, and Upcoming.

  • Each item displays key details such as request ID, entities involved, milestone, description, and due date.

  • Each item is clickable, navigating directly to the relevant service request for immediate action.

  • Users can prioritise work based on urgency without searching through multiple modules.

Calendar

  • The Calendar widget provides a visual view of important dates and upcoming events, with filters for jurisdictions and entities.

  • An event list alongside the calendar displays selected items in detail, including status labels such as Overdue and Scheduled.

  • A link from the dashboard calendar component navigates users to the full calendar for a complete view of all scheduled events

Global overview

  • The Global Overview map provides a visual summary of active entity counts by jurisdiction, displaying the portfolio spread across the world.

  • Users can understand their portfolio structure at a glance and support jurisdiction-level monitoring from the homepage.

Partner perks

  • Partner Perks provides a catalogue of Vistra-vetted external partner solutions available directly within the portal.

  • Users can browse, filter, and search the catalogue to find relevant partner offerings.

  • Each partner card supports two actions: Claim Offer to redeem a benefit or Get In Touch to contact the partner directly.


How It Works Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

Log in to GEP. The dashboard loads automatically as the central homepage.

Step 2: Navigate Using the Sidebar

Use the Sidebar on the left to move between platform areas, including Legal Entities, Individuals, Documents, Entity Map, Calendar, Service Tracker, Filings, Business Accounts, and Partner Perks. Collapse the sidebar to maximise your workspace when needed.

Step 3: Use the Launchpad

At the top of the dashboard, interact with the Launchpad to complete the following:

  • Search for entities, individuals, or documents using the Geni AI search bar.

  • Complete common tasks using Quick Actions: Add Legal Entity, Add Individual, Add Compliance Event, Add Service Request, or Upload Documents.

  • Access related Vistra services via Other Vistra Services: ECCTA Verification, Incorporate with Vistra, and Global Payroll Management System.

Step 4: Review Compliance Status

In the Compliance Status RAG section, review your portfolio health across four statuses: Non-Compliant, Requires Attention, Compliant, and Active. Click any status node to drill into the underlying compliance events for that category.

Step 5: Action Tasks from My Actions

In the My Actions panel, review tasks grouped by Overdue, Due in the Next 30 Days, and Upcoming. Click any item to navigate directly to the relevant service request.

Step 6: Check the Calendar

Review upcoming events, filings, and deadlines in the Calendar widget. Apply jurisdiction and entity filters to focus on relevant items or navigate to the full calendar for a complete view.

Step 7: Review the Global Overview Map

Use the Global Overview map to view active entity counts by jurisdiction. Identify portfolio spread and support jurisdiction-level monitoring across your organisation.
