FAQs
What file format are the exports provided in?
All exports are provided in Excel .xlsx format, with data organised into separate sheets where applicable.
Do exports include all entities or only the filtered view?
Exports respect your current filters. For example, if you filter the Legal Entities view to show only Singapore entities, the export will only include those filtered results. To export all available records, clear the filters before exporting.
Can I export data that I do not have permission to view?
No. Exports follow the same access rules as the platform. You can only export data that you are authorised to view.
Is there a limit to how much data I can export?
There is no fixed limit. Very large exports may take longer to generate, and reports such as the Filings Report are sent by email once ready. For high volumes of records, you may wish to apply filters and export in batches.
Are exports tracked?
Yes. All export actions are recorded in the audit trail, including the user, timestamp, and report type, supporting compliance and accountability.
Can I schedule automatic exports?
Scheduled exports are not currently available. Reports must be exported manually from the relevant section of the platform.
