We support all company types across all Global Legal Jurisdictions and entities can be bulk imported via our Excel spreadsheet template available on the platform. You can download the import template on the "Import entities" pop-up window.
Fill in the required details in the Excel template across the four tabs: Entities, Individuals, Director Trx, and Shareholder Trx.(For Entity Import Template - With Transactions)
Do note that all entity structures are created on a transactional basis ("Trx"), however, if you'd just like an aggregate snapshot that can also be done by entering in today's date and just the final state entries.
